In June / July the FHWS conducted together with the Modern University of Business and Science (MUBS) a Summerschool on "Caring Communitities & Community Building – Envisioning Different Futures". Here students from the MRM of the FHWS and Students from the MUBS participated to explore different aspects of caring communities and community building, learning new methods of decision making (e.g.Deep Democracy), exploring tools for community building (e.g.arts based methods)  and learning from intentional communities and successfully implemented civil society projects which have the courage to step out from a thinking in survival modes, separation & competition into a thinking based on inter-connection and cooperation with each other and with the planet earth. The Summerschool is part of a DAAD funded project: International Social Work acting in Crisis – attitude matters (AttiMa) which is implemented in 2021/2022 as a joint collaboration of FHWS with MUBS and the German Jordanian University (GJU).
