Here is an overview and information about the most popular partner universities of the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences that are not funded by Erasmus+.

The listed universities are currently the most frequently visited partner universities of our faculty, which is why we have the most experience reports and connections in our student network for these institutions.

In addition to the mentioned countries and cities, there are numerous other partner universities. INDIA

Kerala – Rajagiri College of Social Sciences

Since 1955, the "Rajagiri School of Social Work" has been providing practical and highly qualified education and research programs, ranging from the Bachelor's to the PhD level. The institution is located in the southwestern part of India, in the city of Kalamassery, near the major city of Kochi. The tropical region of Kerala is known for its white sandy beaches, coconut palm trees, mountains, and the waterways, lagoons, and lakes of the Backwaters.

JORDAN

Amman/Madaba – German Jordanian University

The German Jordanian University is a public university in Jordan established based on the concept of practical and application-oriented education from German universities of applied sciences. Amman is the capital of Jordan and has a population of approximately 4 million.


COLUMBIA

Santander - Universidad Industrial de Santander

The university was opened in 1948. The Department of Santander is located in the northeastern region of Colombia. Agriculture is one of the pillars of the region, with the cultivation of tobacco, cocoa, pineapples, yuca, rice, coffee, and various fruits. Notable attractions in the area include the Chicamocha Canyon, San Gil, Yariguíes National Park, and the Barichara National Monument, a historic colonial-style village.


NAMIBIA

Windhoek - University of Namibia

The "Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences" at the University of Namibia is a leading institution in the field of social sciences education and research in southern Africa. The diverse city of Windhoek, with over 320,000 residents, is the capital of Namibia and, due to its central location, provides an excellent starting point for exploring all aspects of Namibia.

NIGERIA

Nsukka - University of Nigeria Nsukka

The "University of Nigeria" is the first university founded and run by locals since Nigeria gained independence. Its "Faculty of Social Science" is one of the largest, with 5,000 students, and it is the oldest social science faculty in the country. Nsukka is located in the southeastern part of Nigeria in the Udi Hills highland and is a relatively small town with approximately 40,000 residents.

TAIWAN

Taichung - Chaoyang University of Technology

Die technische Universität Chaoyang wurde 1994 gegründet und ist Taiwans erste private technische Hochschule. Taiwans freundliche und hilfsbereite Bevölkerung spiegelt sich auch in der Atmosphäre der Universität wieder. Mit der Westküste als sehr städtische Umgebung, der Ostküste mit schönen Stränden und dem Zentralgebirge zum Wandern bietet die Natur Aktivitäten für jeden Geschmack.
