Student portal

The FHWS Student Portal offers the following services:

  • Certificate of enrolment 
  • Information on grades/transcript of records 
  • Exam registration 
  • Re-enrolment 
  • Change of address 

To log in, you only need your k-number and your password. 

E-Mail

The IT Service Centre provides a personal e-mail address for every student. Your personal e-mail address will be: firstname.surname(no.)@student.fhws.de
You can access your FHWS mail account via a web-interface.

E-learning

For students and lecturers, FHWS provides the Moodle-based eLearning platform “eLearning@FHWS”. There, you can access learning contents, scripts, and PowerPoint slides and you may communicate in forums with other students, but also with lecturers. To log in, you need your k-number and your password. 

FHWS Library

Our library offers not only a wide range of books, journals, and newspapers, but also workspace with power supply for laptops, copy machines and PC workstations. Via the Library’s website, you can access the joint online catalogue (OPAC) of the libraries at FHWS, TH Aschaffenburg, HS Coburg and Hofbibliothek Aschaffenburg, as well as information on trainings and advisory services.

As soon as you enrol to the course, you will get all semester independent information automatically sent to your FHWS e-mail address.
If you want to get information related to your current semester, please follow the instructions on semester-specific information below.

Semester-specific information

To get all information related to your current semester sent to your FHWS e-mail address, you have to subscribe to the respective forum: 

  • To do so, please click on your current semester in the left area of the page and then on “News and Announcements INFO-BSA” 
  • Then click left in “Forum administration "on “Subscribe to this forum"

Now you will also get all semester-related
information by e-mail.

To receive all information correctly, your FHWS e-mail account must be correctly configured! Please check your general settings and/or forwarding settings in your private e-mail account.
